Anti Nuclear Self Defence

Throughout my life I have been tormented by others.

I had to develop a way to defend myself and those who have my sympathy.

Therefore I give this simple no cost effective method of self defence that can keep offenders away and perhaps thinking twice before they offend again.

It is a psychic defence technique with these simple steps:

1. Grab a piece of paper and pen or pencil or other marking item
2. Draw a dot in the centre of the paper
3. Go somewhere You can concentrate
4. Perhaps sit down for comfort
5. Hold the paper before your face in a relaxed position
6. Stare at the dot in the centre of the paper
7. Focus your mind intently on the dot
8. Think of the human deviates who are causing You or the ones You love the problems
9. Make your mind into a mirror, a shield of reflective protection
10. Reflect the human deviationism back at the human deviates with all the mental force and effort You can
11. Neglect any distractions that may arise
12. Return to Step number 6 as often as needed until the discomfort You felt, or knew about, related to the human deviates, has diminished or disappeared.
13. Give thanks to Nature and Almighty God  for helping to return the deviationism back upon the human deviates.

These steps, when taken at face value, without doubt, have amazing results :

• You are defended from the offenders : perhaps something will happen to the deviates or your relation to the deviates to deter them.
• You have verified your ability to use your mind and Soul to cause something worthwhile to happen.
• You have done something very effective that is usually nonviolent and does no long-lasting harm, to counter an offence that could be violent.
• As a further incentive : You have also generated a propulsion system that can propel You AWAY from the human offenders, hopefully to a better place or situation where there is greater comfort and sanity.

Hint :

To magnify and amplify the power of this technique, have plenty Love and Sympathy for Others who are also victims of human offenders.  In this way the defence technique becomes effective Selfless Defence where increased consideration, care and courtesy towards Others takes even greater advantage in maneuvering and modifying the Space Time Continuum via Soul Power.
